Framing the Coastline of Moraira
The project is situated in a privileged location atop a hill, offering panoramic views of Moraira and its coastline, bathed by the vibrant blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. To maximize the uniqueness of the site, the house is positioned on the highest point of the plot, creating a platform that opens up as a viewpoint, with expansive vistas on both its east and west facades.

The main terrace is crowned by a long infinity pool that adapts to the terrain and the geometry of the house, spilling out over the impressive views of the bay. These views are framed by a double-height covered terrace that shades the home’s glass facade.
Pedestrian and vehicle access is via the north facade, which is composed of solid, dry-stone masonry walls, providing privacy and limiting visibility from the street and neighboring properties.

Inside, the house is treated as an open, continuous space, where the double-height living room adds grandeur and a sense of scale to the interior. The ground floor houses the main living areas and three secondary bedrooms. On the upper floor, the master bedroom is open to three directions and surrounded by a wraparound terrace offering stunning views of the Mediterranean, framed by Cap d’Or in Moraira to the east and the rocky Peñón de Ifach in Calpe to the west.
