Architecture in Dialogue with Mediterranean Light
BRG House is located on a mostly flat, south-facing plot in a residential area near the town center of Jávea. The geometry and orientation of the plot make it ideal for the project’s layout.

The house is designed in an L-shape, formed by the intersection of two volumes at different heights. At their meeting point, a courtyard is created, defining the entrance to the house and visually connecting it to the outdoors.

The main, taller volume houses the living areas, with the eastern side protected by a large overhanging structure. The west-facing side opens onto a terrace with an outdoor dining area, creating a more private and intimate space.
Inside, the white of the exterior facade is carried through, emphasizing the structure and the sculptural nature of the design.
