Pepe Giner Arquitectos is an architecture studio based in Benissa, working in contemporary design, the creation of spaces and the development of architectural projects in Jávea and its surrounding area.

As an architect in Jávea, we understand each project through its relationship with a highly recognisable setting: the Mediterranean light, the presence of the Montgó, sea views, hillside plots and the constant connection between indoor and outdoor living. Each home requires a precise reading of the site, its orientation, its privacy and the way its inhabitants want to experience the space.

Jávea has very different residential areas, from homes close to the Arenal or the port to plots located in areas such as El Tosalet, Balcón al Mar, Portitxol, La Corona or La Granadella. This diversity requires architecture capable of adapting to each location, its views, its slopes, the entry of natural light and its relationship with the landscape.

The search for timelessness, formal purity, warmth, technical precision and integration are constants in our work. In each project in Jávea, we analyse the surroundings, orientation, circulation, privacy and the client’s way of life in order to develop coherent, functional architecture connected to the Mediterranean.

Throughout our professional career, we have carried out projects of different types and scales, with single-family homes representing the majority of our work.
