Roche Bobois selected CTZ2 House, by Pepe Giner Arquitectos, for its international Visite Privée series. The Jávea residence became the setting for presenting the Setup sofa and Speed Up table, both designed by Sacha Lakic, in a dialogue between furniture, architecture, light and the Mediterranean landscape.

Pepe Giner took part in “Inhabiting the Mediterranean. Four Perspectives, Two Generations”, a new session of the Nuestra Arquitectura series organised by the Colegio Territorial de Arquitectos de Alicante. Through CTZ2 House, ARG House, CSA and MRT, the talk explored different ways of designing and inhabiting the Mediterranean landscape.

ARG House was nominated for Archilovers’ Best Projects 2025 following its publication on the international platform. A recognition for a house conceived through its topography, existing vegetation and a constant relationship with the Mediterranean landscape.

Pepe Giner Arquitectos took part in the networking event on technology and architecture organised by Porcelanosa Alicante. Pepe Giner attended alongside Francesc Boscà and Kevin Gimenez, members of the studio, at a session dedicated to discussing how artificial intelligence, 3D visualisation and virtual reality are transforming architectural practice.

Pepe Giner took part as a speaker in SOSTRE: Housing Forum, organised by the Territorial Association of Architects of Alicante and Cuatrecasas, in a panel dedicated to housing on the coast and the different ways of intervening in the territory.

CTZ2 House becomes a setting for Respira, the Netflix series starring Najwa Nimri, while publications such as Designboom, MANERA, ArchDaily and Las Provincias take an interest in a house whose relationship with the Mediterranean landscape extends beyond the strictly architectural realm.
