The CTZ residence is located in Las Rotas, a privileged area of Dénia.
The elongated plot, characterised by a steep slope, is defined by three prominent landscape features: the Mediterranean Sea to the north, the bay, the city and the harbour to the east, and Montgó Natural Park to the west.
The project is composed of four stacked volumes resting on a stone plinth that adapts to the slope of the site. The house extends like a long balcony, with its living spaces opening towards and oriented to the striking surrounding views.
The entire residential programme is arranged on the ground floor, with the exception of the garage and entrance, which are located on the upper floor due to topographical constraints and planning regulations.
The ground floor extends towards the north and east, creating an outdoor space partially sheltered by cantilevers and defined by the swimming pool, whose surface visually merges with the Mediterranean Sea.
