Three Homes, One Essence<\/h2>\n

In one of the most tranquil plots near Cala Baladrar, in Benissa, stands a composition of three single-family homes that share a common approach: achieving balance between geometry, material, and landscape.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n

The project is organized through a system of horizontal and vertical planes that define spaces and visual connections with precision. The volumes are arranged in sequence, generating cantilevers, shadows, and transparencies that bring rhythm and depth to the ensemble. This strategy allows each home to maintain its own identity within a unified composition that remains coherent with its surroundings.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n

Materiality plays a structural role. Rosa Travertine, present in the main walls, provides continuity and texture to the whole, its tone subtly shifting with the natural light. Its chromatic palette connects with the context \u2014the stone, the soil, the native vegetation\u2014 while the light mortar planes and vertical slats regulate scale and balance the built mass. All materials are natural: stone for floors and wall claddings, wood for carpentry and interior elements, and mineral mortars for exterior finishes. This selection ensures material coherence, durability, and an aging process that harmonizes with the environment.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n
