From there, a first descent leads to the main level, which houses the master suite \u2014 an intimate space with a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and a private terrace open to the landscape.<\/p>\n<p>One level below lies the secondary sleeping area, featuring three generous bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and private terrace, ensuring both privacy and autonomy for its occupants.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<section class=\"section section-slider\"><div class=\"owl-carousel owl-project-slider project-slider-\">\n<div class=\"owl-slide owl-lazy format-v\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.pepeginer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/mrc-4.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"owl-slide owl-lazy format-v\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.pepeginer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/mrc-5.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"owl-slide owl-lazy format-v\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.pepeginer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/mrc-1.jpg\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<section class=\"section section-fullwidth padding-width--medium\"><div class=\"container align-\"><div class=\"block-text align-center\"><p>The next level is dedicated to daytime living. Two distinct areas \u2014 the living-dining room and the kitchen \u2014 can function independently or be joined by sliding panels, forming a single open-plan space that extends to the exterior through four large glazed sliding doors. the pool, which cast aquatic reflections that bring movement and atmosphere to the interior.<br \/>\nThe project blends bold geometric forms with noble materials such as stone, wood, and warm-toned exposed concrete, resulting in a solid yet deeply grounded presence within the landscape.<br \/>\nA home that does not impose itself on the terrain, but rather adapts to it with balance, naturalness,
