Stepped architecture over the Benissa landscape<\/h2>\n

This house, located in the town of Benissa, unfolds across multiple levels that adapt to the natural topography of the terrain, creating a stepped architecture where each floor opens to the outside with both privacy and fluidity.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n

Access is through an entrance pavilion that frames panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, acting as a visual and spatial threshold. From there, a first descent leads to the main level, which houses the master suite \u2014 an intimate space with a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and a private terrace open to the landscape.<\/p>\n

One level below lies the secondary sleeping area, featuring three generous bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and private terrace, ensuring both privacy and autonomy for its occupants.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n

The next level is dedicated to daytime living. Two distinct areas \u2014 the living-dining room and the kitchen \u2014 can function independently or be joined by sliding panels, forming a single open-plan space that extends to the exterior through four large glazed sliding doors. This seamless transition between inside and out allows for cross ventilation, abundant natural light, and open views.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n
