Framing the Montg\u00f3<\/h2>\n

MRT House is located in an agricultural area near the town of J\u00e1vea, Alicante.<\/p>\n

The plot is large, offering stunning views of the Montg\u00f3 Natural Park, which serves as the starting point for the project.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n

The house seeks formal simplicity through a clean volumetric composition.<\/p>\n

The ground floor, with its strong sculptural character, frames views of the striking rocky massif, making the landscape an essential part of the architecture while acting as a solid base that connects the house to the land.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n

As contrasting elements, two wooden volumes house the core communication areas, creating more intimate and cozy spaces.<\/p>\n

The palette of materials used in the project has a strong natural component, in line with the idiosyncrasy of the project. Natural stone flooring, colored single-layer coating, dry masonry stone and natural wood are combined inside and outside the home, giving it warmth and communicating with the environment.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n
