Bold Volumetric Presence in J\u00e1vea\u2019s Natural Landscape<\/h2>\n

The ARG House is located on a steeply sloped plot, bordered on three sides by a protected green zone with typical Mediterranean forest landscapes, dominated by pine and oak trees.
\nThe project is designed with a deep respect for the surrounding environment. <\/p>\n

The site’s topography and views are essential elements in shaping and situating the house.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n

The two stacked concrete volumes that form the house rest on a stone base that adapts to the steep slope of the hillside. Access is through the lowest part of the plot through a \u00b4portico\u00b4 integrated into the terrain.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n

The house is positioned at the highest point of the plot, isolated and surrounded by native vegetation, creating its own private world. Both the exterior and interior feature natural colors, and materials like concrete, stone, and wood are used to enhance the home’s integration with the landscape and its harmony with the surroundings.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n
