An Endless Terrace Extending Toward the Mediterranean Sea<\/h2>\n

The CTZ house is located in Las Rotas, a privileged area of Denia.
\nThe plot, elongated and steeply sloping, is delimited by three landscape elements that give much strength to the whole: to the north the Mediterranean Sea, to the east the bay, the city and the port, and to the west the Natural Park of Montg\u00f3.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n

The project is formed by the superposition of four volumes on a stone base, which adapts to the slope of the plot. The house extends like a long balcony in which the rooms open towards the stunning views.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n

The house occupies the ground floor except for the garage and access, which, due to orographic and regulatory limitations, are located on the top floor.
\nThe ground floor extends to the north and east generating an exterior space partially covered by cantilevers. At the end of it, the swimming pool merges with the Mediterranean Sea.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n
