The orientation, geometry and topography of the plot facilitate the development and implementation of the project.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"container-content col col-2-3\">\n\t<div class=\"block-img align-\">\n\t\t<div>\n\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pepeginer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/wgn-3.jpg\" with=\"100%\" height=\"auto\" alt=\"\">\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<section class=\"section section-slider\"><div class=\"owl-carousel owl-project-slider project-slider-\">\n<div class=\"owl-slide owl-lazy format-v\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.pepeginer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/wgn-2.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"owl-slide owl-lazy format-v\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.pepeginer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/wgn-7.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"owl-slide owl-lazy format-h\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.pepeginer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/wgn-6.jpg\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<section class=\"section section-fullwidth padding-width--medium\"><div class=\"container align-\"><div class=\"block-text align-center\"><p> The house is conceived as a set of solid volumes that surround a fluid and luminous interior. The different volumes slide together and grow horizontally and vertically generating a robust volumetry, which gives the character to the project.<br \/>\nThe vertical structural elements organize the spaces and are arranged parallel to each other and perpendicular to the slope of the ground, materializing through dry masonry walls.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<section class=\"section section-slider\"><div class=\"owl-carousel owl-project-slider project-slider-\">\n<div class=\"owl-slide owl-lazy format-v\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.pepeginer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/wgn-5.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"owl-slide owl-lazy format-v\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.pepeginer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/wgn-8.jpg\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"owl-slide owl-lazy format-v\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.pepeginer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/wgn-4.jpg\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<section class=\"section section-split padding-width--medium\"><div class=\"container align-bottom\">\n<div class=\"container-content col col-1-2\">\n\t<div class=\"block-img align-\">\n\t\t<div>\n\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pepeginer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/wgn-9.jpg\" with=\"100%\" height=\"auto\" alt=\"\">\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"container-content col col-1-2\"><div class=\"block-text align-\"><p> The access to the house is via the centre of the ground plan, through a double-height space in which the staircase is also located.<br \/>\nThe ground floor houses the day rooms: hallway, kitchen, living room and dining room, which are arranged consecutively to maintain the visual and spatial connection between them. In addition, there are two outdoor spaces covered by cantilever roofs, which help to control the sunlight in the interior and serve as a transition to the terrace and the pool.<br \/>\nThe upper floor comprises the night area, with three bedrooms, each with a bathroom and terrace.<br \/>\nBoth the interior and exterior feature natural colours with earth tones as well as materials such as wood and natural stone. This stone is present in the dry masonry walls, favouring the transition between the interior rooms and the exterior spaces.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n<section class=\"section section-fullwidth padding-width--medium\"><div class=\"container align-\">\n\t<div class=\"block-img align-\">\n\t\t<div>\n\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pepeginer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/wgn-10.jpg\" with=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"
